Aaron has been installing geothermal systems from the start of his career. When Richard sought to go into business for himself, he knew he wanted Aaron there with him. Not just because he is a self-starter with lots of great ideas and mechanical aptitude, but because of his environmental consciousness. Aaron quickly learned all the ins and out of the trade. He became an expert in all things geothermal. Aaron lives in the city with his wife and three kids. He enjoys outdoor activities like paddle boarding and camping with his adventurous kids.

Richard has been in the HVAC industry for 40+ years and an engineer for even longer than that. When Aaron and Richard started this business, Richard wanted to provide his customers with a more customized system and to provide our area with the environmentally friendly option of geothermal. As an engineer at heart Richard is always looking to maximize efficiency and create a more tailored system for our customers. He loves what he does but is also enjoying his part-time (for now) retirement. You can find him camping in the mountains or relaxing on the beach when he's able to get away.

Lindsey has been managing the office for the last 15 years. She enjoys the relationships built with our customers and the small family business atmosphere that they've created. Lindsey now works from home with her two young kids underfoot and looks forward to the future of ESC. You can find Lindsey camping, cooking, and drinking coffee in her spare time.
